We are a boutique consultancy focused on blending the art of innovative, creative thinking, and design with the science of strategic planning and measurement to help our clients produce events that deliver audience and business impact. We provide event strategy, program design and management, speaker strategy and management, and measurement consulting and facilitation services to corporate marketing and event leaders. Impact Point also offers a personality profile called iMAP and related program and services to improve the performance of event and marketing teams. Facilitated workshops are a key component of our consulting solutions across all of our service lines. Founded in 2007, Impact Point Group is proud to be a certified women-owned business.

Erica Spoor | President & Chief Strategist

Loves: Helping clients evolve their events and teams, wine and culinary pursuits, traveling adventures, and spending time with family exploring The Rockies


Kim has cultivated a passion for planning, managing and marketing events that make an impact to attendees and the businesses that bring them together. Her depth of experience stretches over twenty years leading marketing communications projects, planning various types of corporate events and spending lots of time at tradeshows and conferences. Most recently, Kim led Spin Event Management as the president and founder, before the entities joined forces in 2020.

Steve is a dynamic conference leader and speaker agent with 25+ years of experience identifying emerging trends and driving innovation and growth.
